Homemade copycat big mac slider

Ingredients

1 package of 12 Dinner Rolls

2 lbs of Ground Beef

1 Small Yellow Onion, Minced Fine

12 Slices of Kraft American Cheese

1 Cup of Shredded Lettuce

12 to 15 Hamburger Dill Pickles (slices)

1/3 C of Thousand Island Dressing

2 eggs, whisked

1 T of Toasted Sesame Seeds

1 T of Butter, melted

2 t of Salt

2 t of Garlic Powder

1 t of Black Pepper

2 T of Minced Onion

Instructions

In a bowl, mix your minced meat, chopped onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and egg. Do not mix too much. You only want to mix it until it is combined. Maybe you want to adjust the spices to your wishes. Some may like more or less salt and pepper.

Divide the meat mixture into two halves and form two rectangles slightly larger than 6 of the buns. You want to form the rectangles so that after baking you can put the meat mixture on 6 of the buns when the buns are still in two rows of three next to each other. How the rolls come out of the package.

I put the two rectangles on a cookie plate and want to cover them with a little more chopped onion. Make sure that the thickness is even enough so that it can be baked evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. Every oven is different, so make sure that the meat is not over or undercooked.

While the meat is cooking, divide the two groups of six loaves of bread through the middle. Make sure that you have bottoms and lids.

I collect about two tablespoons of a thousand island sauces in each of the bottoms and use a spoon to spread them on all the rolls.

When the meat is cooked, the excess fat can be removed with a paper towel. Then place the meat pies on each of the bottom 6 rolls. Distribute a thousand islands on the two meatballs.

Unroll the cheese slices and place them on all the meatballs. Put the tray back in the oven and let the cheese melt. This will only take a minute or two.

When the cheese is melted, spread the chopped onion all over the dough, then the pickles, then the salad. The top with the “lids” on the bread.

Use a dough brush and brush the top of the loaves with the melted butter, then add a sesame seed splash.

Cut the hamburger into individual portions.

Have fun!
